* BAQUBA - A female suicide bomber wounded 15 people at a checkpoint run by a U.S.-backed neighbourhood patrol in Baquba, 65 km (42 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. A car bomb exploded at the scene soon after, wounding one policeman, police said.
