What I don't like is the
"guest worker" program. This is just legalized indentured servitude. One has to work 10 years in the US to qualify for SS retirement benefits. And, I wouldn't support changing that for non-citizens only. As Big
Media Matt says, letting them come here for 9.9 years and then kicking them out seems like a great way to solve the non-existent social security crisis.
