If I were a cranky liberal lawyer with a lot of time and money on my hands I'd be inspired by this story to file suit
against every IVF clinic in the country. It's true that some in the fetus fetish crowd are very quietly opposed to IVF treatments, but as is the case with divorce too many in their flock have had or would certainly pursue the option if necessary so they tend not to say all that much about it.
