I know I'm just a dumb little blogger, but I'm actually quite puzzled that auto execs are so
opposed to emission regulation. I really think I have to put this in the "they're just assholes who don't like to be told what to do" category instead of the "rational economic actor" category, though perhaps someone can convince me otherwise...
