I certainly hope the courts stick it to the banksters, but it really doesn't have to
be this way. I don't know how Treasury failing to enforce anything respect to servicer behavior meets Ezra's view of
"Obamanomics." The banksters are doing what they want and there are no clear rules for either homeowners, banksters, or investors, which are currently being applied.
