Obviously "investors" would love tax breaks and whatever other gimmicks might be
thrown at them, but otherwise I'm not quite sure what this is about either. The only thing I can see is perhaps it's an attempt to essentially create a new business, property management of a large portfolio of single family home, something which for reasons I'm unclear on doesn't really exist.
