Anti-Gay Bigotry Is The Public Face Of American Christianity

I don't have a solid explanation for why that is. I don't think all Christians are anti-gay bigots. I don't think Christianity as practiced is all about anti-gay bigotry. But it isn't surprising that people perceive it that way.
