I've watched this project out of the
corner of my eye. It certainly seems like a completely idiotic project, though I don't know Seattle well enough to be able to really have any opinion. I guess the real questions are what it would take for the powers that be to pull the plug, and ultimately who is going to pay for the (possible) debacle...
