I don't have kids so I know nothing about this stuff, but it is a total mystery to me why people who have them or have had them (and therefore have the knowledge about such things that I lack) want to put children in the care of underpaid miserable people. And it isn't just teachers. I suggest you "overpay" your nanny and babysitters too, because obvious.
But I'm not a parent, so I just can't understand.
