A top general in South Korea said "self-restraint" is the only thing keeping the U.S. and South Korea out of war with North Korea.
"Touch us, and Seoul gets it" has been North Korea's deterrence policy and, well...without defending the leaders of North Korea, you can't really blame them for feeling that they need deterrence policies...(pointing out that something is rational does not mean that the people are Good).
