The 100% correct thing to do might not always be obvious, but you have to at least take putting in a framework for dealing with this stuff seriously.

HARRISBURG — Marcel Groen, chairman of Pennsylvania’s Democratic Party, has resigned at the request of Gov. Wolf, he said in a letter released Friday morning, an apparent casualty of the #metoo movement.

Groen, of Montgomery County, was criticized after columnist Will Bunch of theInquirer/Daily News questioned his response to sexual harassment allegations involving Democrats in the state.
