Change

I'd say in 2000 it was considered to be the height of sophistication to be an undecided voter. It would allow you to write numerous thumbsuckers for slate, carefully weighing all of the (perceived) pros and cons of each candidate, before eventually, reluctantly, making your choice. I think now there's more of a sense that undecided voters are, about politics at least, just idiots.
