No surprises here. Men on average make more than women in the White House due to the fact that the majority at the highest levels of responsibility are male. That's a reflection of the country in general, we have too few women at the top.
I would be interested in some analysis of the ethnicity of the people on this list. Beyond high profile minorities like Condoleeza Rice and Alberto Gonzales, how diverse is this White House?
