On Racism

I certainly don't approve of racist comments of any kind, and people who make them should be ashamed of themselves, but the person who wrote this book:

a highly misleading and historically innacurate tract which defends the mass arrest and internment of American citizens based on nothing more than who their ancestors were has pretty much given up any right to complain about such comments. On one hand we have those nasty people sending emails to someone, on the other we have someone who published a book and went around the country appearing on numerous major media outlets defending the mass arrest and internment of American citizens based on nothing more than who their ancestors were. Both wrong, of course, but certainly not in the same league.
