Given Saddam's history, given the type of dictator, we know that he is, given his aggressions in the past, and given the fact that he's got ongoing links with al Qaeda, that the president does not feel it's in the security interest of the United States to allow Saddam to continue to defy the world and to continue to have those dangerous weapons.
