Generally I haven't made much issue about
bad troop behavior in Iraq, aside from the obvious systematic stuff like Abu Ghraib. While I don't think all bad behavior is excusable, I'm also just not very inclined to pass judgment on how these people are dealing with the horrific situation in which they've been placed.
