Since we've entered the phase where McCain just talks gibberish and we're left to try to interpret, I do have to wonder if he has any clue what he's talking about
with respect to regulation. I'm reasonably sure the answer is "no," but I'm curious if he's run his new ideas past his good friend Phil "whiners" Gramm.
