Where To Build The Supertrains

My attitude towards transit priorities has changed somewhat over the past few years. I used to more be in favor of using rail to try to transform existing developed areas, while now I'm much more in favor of improving transit in areas which are already well-suited for mass transit but are poorly served by it. Even in those areas, of course, full benefits of transit can generally only be realized if land use changes around stations and corridors are allowed to happen.

I'll also happily build SUPERTRAINS to nowhere, creating new development corridors based around mass transit. But this, unlike our habit of building roads to nowhere, is unlikely to happen.
