Some people are just stupid, and some people would do quite nicely with a bout of deflation and badly with any inflation, but for many people
arguing against doing anything to help the unemployment situation the reason is simply that some people must be punished and suffer for our sins. And by "our," I mean the sins of extremely wealthy banksters.
