Hopefully NJ does repeal their rental tax on
carshare vehicles. Good or bad, the point of rental car taxes is to soak tourists, and carshare taxes will mostly hit local residents. And especially for a place like Hoboken, which is trying to reduce the number of cars, it's counterproductive.
