How we treat our own.
It's a mystery to me why Democrats everywhere don't campaign on "affordable public health insurance for all" or similar. They don't even have to mean it, it could be a complete lie, but anyone who's had more than a limited interaction with our health care system, even those of us with "good" insurance, knows how incredibly fucked it up it is.
