Not really, but in the urban hellhole some weird things end up getting mixed up in the general politics of gentrification. Through various programs the city is planting trees, and often some residents in poorer neighborhoods don't want them. I think they're seen as a leading
indicator of gentrification, and people don't like the autumn leaves messing up the streets.
