If I were a high flying jayyyuuub creeeeaaaytin' entrepreneur instead of a lazy blogger, I'd work on establishing a high quality branded frozen fish/seafood operation. That stuff's expensive largely because of spoilage and
we waste a lot of it. Frozen fish can be good, and for some fish it's actually preferable, but we seem to lack a trusted brand.
