I would guess (as in, I'm making it up and have not crunched numbers) the Texas economy will take a hit if
oil prices stay low. The fracking economy in my state will likely also take a hit. No fan of the fracking, but it has provided some economic opportunity in places that haven't had much of it in recent decades.
