Not going to call out any particular BRANDS at the moment, but my recent travels were largely about doing Tech Support For The Elderly and even the things which are supposed to be designed for them (hearing aids) are just not designed for their capacities in mind.
If a minor software update shifts a menu option mildly (for example), it's enough to trigger a crisis. I don't know how to convince BRANDS they need to figure this out.
