12,000

I am curious how 12,000 employees are going to get too and from this thing every day. Let's say 8,000 work traditional hours, arriving and leaving during the morning rush hours. One highway lane can optimistically carry 2,000 per hour (that's at peak flow, with the perfect number of cars and no congestion) and of course the transition from highway to street always involve some degree of bottleneck.

Not saying it's not possible, just...probably not a lot of fun.
