Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez remains out of action because of "a condition involving his heart," according to WEEI's Rob Bradford. Red Sox manager Ron Roenicke confirmed July 7 that Rodriguez had tested positive for COVID-19.
