But means testing, and then even harsher means testing, for covid relief in 2021 for a pandemic that wiped out some people/sectors in 2020 based on 2019 income is not so bright and either the people pushing it have no idea what they're doing or they're just bad people.
At least the "phase out begins at $75,000" still gave full relief to a big chunk of the population. "Phase out begins at $50,000"... will not.
