Free To Be Just Like Me

Random thoughts good enough for a blog post here. Something I noticed early in the glibertarian-heavy blogosphere of old was that the self-identified libertarians were all strong conformists. Maybe conforming, but boldly wearing a leather jacket, or some other harmless fake rebellious affectation.

Though it seems to be a broader thing, beyond the extreme glibertarians. A big convergence of preaching the joys of INDIVIDUALISM and embracing a ridiculous faux-meritocratic model of society. Free to what you want to be, but you'd better be just like me, otherwise failure and misery are on you, loser! Choose correctly, or else!
