I suppose because I did my most amount of flying in the years after 9/11, I am always shocked by tales of unruly passengers (antimaskers or otherwise). Sure security theater was mostly bullshit then too, but bullshit they took seriously. Act out a bit or make an inappropriate joke and they would haul you away.
