The Bari Weiss Century

I long ago stopped thinking that careful media criticism could have much impact, aside from trying convince other liberals that the NYT, for example, is not their friend.

I have seen reporters defend the worst actors and practices, and willfully misread valid criticism as a way of deflecting it.  I mean things like responding to any criticism of their Trump coverage by pretending their critics want them be an arm of the Democratic party.  You know, lying.
