Genuinely curious if Trump does or doesn't know that the amount of diesel coming from Russia (supposedly) is small enough to not matter at all, to the US at least. It obviously benefits Russia in various ways.
Also what of our good friend Lindsey Graham? Have we forgotten that titan of US foreign policy already?
