So I'm aware of the caricature of modern suburban parenting, where unlike in my era of latchkey kids and wandering around the neighborhood looking for pickup touch football games or minor mischief, people move to the burbs for the safety and then don't let their kids
out of their sight. True, not true? Really just no experience with this stuff anymore.
